At Squaver, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your guitar, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and transparent.
📦 1. Return Window
You can request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery.
📍 2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted if:

The product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the description.

The guitar has manufacturing defects that affect playability.
To qualify:

The item must be in its original condition with all accessories.

Original packaging, tags, manuals, and freebies must be included.
Please note: We cannot accept returns for normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
📸 3. How to Request a Return

Go to your order page and click “Return/Refund”.

Select the reason for return and upload photos (if applicable).

Our team will review and approve your request within 2 business days.
💸 4. Refund Options
Once your return is approved and received:

Refund to original payment mode (credit/debit card, wallet, UPI, net banking)
OR -
Store credit (optional, if offered)
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Free return shipping if the product is faulty or mis-shipped.
